SALES MANAGER

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Sales Manager with 10+ years of Home   Improvement Management experience. This is a long-term, stable position with a well known, established name brand company in the industry.

You must possess an extensive knowledge of modern construction techniques and home improvement methods to be considered. The Sales Manager must be able to communicate ‘best sales practices’ and sales skills that motivate an established sales team to help increase closing ratio.

Applicant must be able to hit the ground running and ready to roll up their sleeves. You must be self motivated, able to motivate a staff, run at a fast pace and posses problem-solving skills with no personal baggage please. This is defiantly not a 9 to 5 position.
